This is an important and collaborative step forward in our ongoing commitment to supporting staff wellbeing across the trust.

The Working Party brings together staff from across our schools to explore practical ways to streamline processes, remove unnecessary burdens on teachers and leaders, and where possible,  find smarter ways of working. By combining the experience and expertise of colleagues at all levels, we aim to develop real, sustainable changes that will make a positive difference to workload and work-life balance.

This work is just beginning, and we are committed to keeping you  updated as the group progresses.
