Support Staff Employees update
Please be advised that the recognised support staff trade unions and the Employers Side of the NJC have reached agreement on the cost of living increase that is effective from 1 April 2025. The Trust pay scales have been updated accordingly and existing staff will therefore see an element of back pay processed in August payslips for April, May, June and July 2025.
In line with Trust policy, pay progression will be actioned from 1st September for those with headroom within their pay band and if this applies to you, you will see a further adjustment made in the September payroll.
